This page explains how I handle personal data processed via margotfanos.nl. I process as little data as possible and only for the purposes described below.
Who is responsible?
Margot Fanos, based in Voorhout (the Netherlands), is the data controller for personal data processed via this website. Questions can be sent to info@margotfanos.nl.
What data do I process?
Through the contact form I process your name, email address and the content of your message. I also collect anonymous visit statistics via Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless, no personal data). With your consent, I additionally collect aggregated statistics via Google Analytics 4.
How is this data used?
Messages are used solely to answer your question or schedule a trial class. Visit statistics are used to improve the website — never for advertising or profiling.
How long is data kept?
Contact messages are retained for as long as needed to answer your question, and at most 24 months. Aggregated analytics data is retained for at most 14 months.
Who is the data shared with?
Messages are sent to my inbox via MailChannels (a Cloudflare service). The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. If you consent to analytics cookies, aggregated statistics are processed by Google (Google Analytics 4). I never sell data to third parties.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, email info@margotfanos.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Security
The website is served exclusively over HTTPS and I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

This privacy policy may change over time. The most recent version is always published on this page.
